My name's Patti Gaudet.

I moved to Pender Harbour with my family in 1978 and have never looked back. Having been born and raised in the big city of Vancouver I thought I would really miss the bright lights but I soon found that as small as Pender is there is always something to do or some place to go. The beauty of the area and the kindness of the people are what make you want to live here.

We started a small barge terminal business in 1980 which is still operating today. I worked in the retail sector of Madeira Park for 15 years as management and met and maintained many long lasting friendships with the employees and customers. Going into real estate is something I had thought about for some time and when the opportunity came I decided now was the time. My background in management and accounting qualifies  me to help you make the right decision in buying or selling. 

Having raised two sons here I know how important it is to be involved in the school system and how lucky we are here in Pender to have had our high school  named in the top ten schools in B.C.. The community has given thousands of dollars in scholarships to students going to university or trades. Many students decide to come back and work on the Coast and raise their family here.

As a community member I became involved with the Pender Harbour Health Centre Board on which I served as President for 6 of my 9 years as a board member. The Health Centre is a major part of Pender and is currently under expansion to meet the needs of the growing community.

On the fun side I volunteer for the Pender Harbour Jazz Festival which has become one of the biggest and best events on the Coast. 

I feel very fortunate to be able to live and work here on the Sunshine Coast. As a realtor I would love to help you find the beauty and serenity of living on the Coast or just spending some time in your own get away.
